    Sentanced on 3rd dui
    I am being charged with my 2nd 3rd DUI in South Dakota since my first 3rd wasn't a felony. What kind of jail time am I looking at? Will they give me probation and will I have to go to prison or do county time?

    In other words, it's your FOURTH drunk driving offense... I think they'll put you away for a year or so... Don't you?

    And when are you goitn to learn NOT to drink and drive? Will it take killing someone? I hope you spend at least a year in jail.
