He attacked you and you should have called the police.

I guess it gives him the right, since you allowed it to happen. If you had called the police, it does not.

It does give him the right to act on his fathers behalf. But how did he get power of attoreny, his dad is not in right mind to give it to him ? Did he always have it ?

How did he get your 'papers' people don't keep SS cards and birth certificates in their pocket ? What did he do with your computer.

You need to call the police about this.

I'm guessing you posted this from a smart phone. It would help us help you if you proofed the post better.

So how do you know he has a power of attorney? As Check mentioned. If the man has dementia, then he cannot legally sign a POA. And a POA does not give him any rights over your personal property. And it especially doesn't give him the right to physically attack you. You need to call the police.
