How to file for back child support in California
    I have two questions:

1.) I was granted child support starting only on the month that the judgement was made in front of the judge. Can I still file for the back child support from the date of separation?

2.) My ex-husband has filed for a motion for me to pay back a lumpsum of our now 18 y/o daughter. At the time of the judgement I had full legal and physical custody of all three of our children. After six months of separation and the run around with the ex in helping financially with the children. I took him to court and got FCS involved. My daughter was pregnant at the time of our separation and lived between her boyfriend and I until she turned 18. The ex is claiming that my daughter did not live me and asking the courts that I payback the childsupport. He has not contribute to anything with all three children. Nor will he call me to make any civil parenting decisions. Can he get the courts to order a payback? Or is it even legal?

How to file for back child support in California
My ex-husband is refusing to meet me in getting our properties separated. We're done with our divorce but not our property separation. He has pretty much sold every thing we had together in the 20 yrs marriage. Im feeling lost in filling and filing a QDAR. I can not afford an attorney or a paralegal to assist me with this.I have done all my divorce and child custody on my own and is feeling frustrarted at this point. Please if any one who knows a low cost or no cost legal team who can assist me. I currently reside in Sacramento, CA.
