    Blood pressure
I am a 43 year old woman and I just took my blood pressure it was 107 over 66. Seems the bottom numbers are a little low. I am going through menopause and have not been feeling so well lately, having hot flashes and night sweats and just had my period, very heavy flows since my last child was born back in 2000. Should I be alarmed about how low my blood pressure is? I have always had low blood pressure but not too low. After my periods I feel weak and tired. Fatigued.

Low normal is ll0/75, so you aren't far off low normal. I wouldn't be surprised that you are lower then this if you are going through menopause, but you would not be dizzy at l07/66. However, check with your doctor, we do not know your medical history so can't judge this.
