How should I approach this job I'm trying to get?
What I'm trying to say is there's this job I've been wanting for a while. I was pretty persistent for a while, emailing the manager about once every three weeks and she kept saying no. Finally I got a yes about a month back. I tried calling her to follow up and contacting her via email but she won't answer me so I'm wondering why she would tell me I can get the job and then just ignore me. Basically a while back she said she would love the help then I told her thanks and asked her some questions. She didn't answer. I waited a week then called but she didn't answer so I left a message and never got a call back. I waited another few weeks and called again, no answer but I left a message. Then another week later I emailed her and she hasn't emailed me back so what the hell should I do?

Maybe you should look for a different job? It sounds like this employer is avoiding you - for what ever reason. I think maybe they said you we would love the help just to have you stop calling and emailing them. You might just not be right for the job and this employer is a very passive aggressive person. You could also maybe try going to their building to try and talk to them in person and see what is going on.
