    Will I be arrested at my pre trial
    I was arrested back in July for carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled substance. I had a blow out on the interstate after my car was broken into and went into a ditch. They gave me a simple possession ticket but when I went to see the magistrate he told me they were dismissing it but issuing a warrant. So when I go to my pre trial next Tuesday will I b arrested?

    I'd say its pretty likely. Get your stuff in order and people notified in case you are so your affairs can be somewhat in order... or at least plans to deal with it.
