    The Verical Bible
    Hey I'm 15 turning 16 and I don't have $40 for this vert bible and I really wna be a complete player if anyone culd pass me $40 or is there anyone out there that's a personal trainer that could set me up a whole personal routine with plyometrics and strength techniques

    I'm 6''10 15 truning 16 I can get most 10 foot backboards only 1 hand which I think is around 15 inches and I'm a strength jumper off 2 feet so anyone out there could help please I need this :) :)

    If you look for some exercses 2 increase your vert. on the internet and do them you'll b OK
