    Legal how to evict your daughter
    How do I legally evict my daughter from my house? She does not pay a dime to live here. She is divorced and has two kids. We have done all that we can do to help her. We constantly argue. The majority of the arguments are due to her kids not listening and she does not pick up around the house. Do I need to provide her with an eviction notice?

    Yes treat hr just like renter. Give written notice and if she does not leave, file evection in court

    Yes, it doesn't matter whether the resident is a relative or what.they ar treated as a tenant and you must follow the rules for eviction in your area.
