Cant get him out of my head!
I need help, I have been with my boyfriend 7 years now and I love him a lot and could not imagine being without him. A few years ago however during a break up, I had a short relationship (about 4 dates and a lot of texting) with a man who was only in this country for the summer and no longer lives here, the thing is, I have not been able to get him out of my head, we really connected mentally and physically, there is no way that we could ever be together obviously, but the thoughts have progressed and now he is in my dreams. I don't know what to do, I don't know how to get him out of my head. Please please help I do not what this to ruin my relationship with my wondeful boyfriend

How is this going to ruin your relationship? Are you still in contact with him?
