    House paint odors
I have an odor inside my new house whenever the windows are opened and it is warmer outside. The smell has existed for several months and I noticed it when moving into the house with everything opened up.

I have checked the crawl space and it is dry and free of odor.

I live in the South so normally the air conditioner is on and there is no odor. If I open the windows on a cool night everything is fine until the next morning when it starts to warm up in the late morning.

I suspect the builder used old/bad paint. I also seem to notice the problem when the air warms up and becomes more humid (wndows open). If the paint is bad, would warm humid air tend to make the smell worse?

What type of person can come to my house and test for a paint problem? I;m still under warranty and if someone can confirm the paint as the problem, I have recourse with the builder.
