    If my I'm 15 now and my boyfriend is 18 but I will be turning 16 when he turns 19 will that still be illegal in Nebraska?

    The age of consent in Nebraska is 17. This young man needs to leave you alone. Do your parents know you are seeing him?
    Any type of sexual contact with him can mean jail time for him, also if you are seeing him without parental consent, this could be bad for him as well.
