    23 days period late. Negative pregnancy test .
    I've always had a regular period . My period normally starts the beginning of the month. In August I had my period on the 5th, I had unprotected sex the 26th and sept. 3rd. My fatigue became really bad I'm always tired and sometimes it's to the point I can't even keep my eyes open this was never a symptom I had before I started my period.and I do get cramps, I've also spotted a couple times. I've took 6 home pregnancy 4 positive and 2 negative I finally went to the doctors to take another urine test and it came back negative so I'm not sure what's going on I'm not on birth control nor do I take medication. Can I be pregnant or is this something else ?
