My ex boyfriend isn't paying for his son what can I do
My ex boyfriend has only paid £16 in 7 weeks for our son, he's threatened to take me to the solicitor, he's bought few clothes but ages 3month plus an that's it, an won't pay anything for him. What can I do to get him to pay? I've never stopped him seeing our son, but I don't se why I should pay for everything when he has a job!

Go to the court that ordered the child support... they can make him pay even through garnishment depending on the laws of your country.

Contact a solicitor and take him to court for support. What is he threatening you with court about?
