Can child 16 live with alcaholic father when divorced. Or does child live mother during a divorce custody father wants my 16 year old daughter but her father is alcaholic. Daughter also has 1 yr old daughter. Please help

Second, more details are really needed.

However, if the father is an uncontrolled alcoholic, it is doubtful he could get primary physical custody. But then there is the issue that these parents allowed a 15 yr old to become pregnant. So that could be an issue for the court.

The court will look at the whole situation and rule on the best interests of the child.

Unless the 16 year old is emancipated because she gave birth ( which is why we need to know where this is and the facts)
If the 16 year old is emancipated, she can live where she wants

If not, then the court will decide where she lives, when you file for custody of the child. While the child can say where they want, other evidence can be shown as to why this is not a good choice.
