I put lidocaine Hcl 2% in my testicals and now my sperm is not the same its like water and not much of it and I had a slite U T I infection and now it don't burn or hurt anymore could I still have a infection and will antibiotics fix the problem and will I be back to normal please help this has been going on for 4 months I was thinking that it would just go away and fix its self

Num myself because if I got hit there I would not feel it as bad

I Googled Lidocaine and everything I found said DO NOT put it on one's private parts or there's hell to pay.
