    Boarding a boat
    What law enforcement can legally board a maritime vessel. Can state ot local police board a maritime vessel like a pushboat on Mississippi river?

    Any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the area where the boat is.

    All state, and many large cities have special units to enforce boating rules.
