    Green card and passport
    I married a woman from the Czech Republic recently and she also has a passport issued from the Czech Republic. She has taken my last name and she wants this to be reflected on her passport.

    Where can I find information for making changes (or even renewing) a European passport? This would be very helpful if I get perform this task from the United States.

    ONLY the Consulate or the Embassy of the Czech Republic can do this. You can Google them up.
