I have worked in Dubai for many years and I have taken loans and used credit cards in 2008 on emergency I had been to India on leave but due to some reason I did not return back and since long stay hopefull my visa might have been cancelled and company have given my name to immigration and due to financial problems occurred I could not repay the loans and credit card payments till today. I received many calls from banks for payment but I had to ignore the calls due to financial problems and low income. Referring to the above I would like to know that does the banks produce my details to the Dubai Immigration, Airport Authorities to be arrested on arrival to dubai any time and do they produce my same details to Indian embassy, immigration for recurring the amount. Do I face problems if I would like to travel other GCC countries, as my aim is to clear debts by doing job in other GCC countries. I would be grateful to you for good advise and answer.
