Well I'm pretty sure I'm not being mentally abused, although, my Father will sometimes say I'm borderline Obese, when I lost 10 pounds. He'll call me lazy, and say I'm feeling sorry for myself (My dad DID verbally and mentally abuse my Mother though, that is why she left). If I tell him I want to cut, he just says I'm worthless and that I have nothing to worry about. I mean seriously, what can I NOT worry about when he smokes marijuana, he's a hypocrite, he doesn't help me clean, if I wear a T-Shirt, with skinnies, and my slippers, he says that I look like a skank.. Does that sound like a skank? But seriously, I really do need to need to know if I'm being mentally abused, so that I can tell my therapyst. By the way, I'm 15 and bullied at school. HELP ME!!

Have you not already talked to your therapist about what goes on at home? They generally ask those things.
