    Allergy/sinus/? Question
Lately I've been having a lot of trouble especially when I lay down for bed. Either one or both of my nasal air ways becomes completely blocked when I lay down for sleep and is causing me to lose sleep. Blowing my nose proves futile in this situation. During the day I can breathe through my nose just fine. What's could be causing this and what could help solve the problem?. Eucalyptus oil?

I use a saline spray which you can use as many times as you wish because it does not contain any chemicals. No particular brand, purchase in the drug store, if you can't find it, ask pharmicist. I get congested some times at night and this helps after two three sprays in my nostrils.
