When I first got with my boyfriend about a year ago, sex was great. We lived quite far apart but we saw each other a few times a week and I think we both enjoyed sex. I had a coil fitted which started to aggravate him and sex went downhill, understandably! We were hardly having sex at all and I would give him oral etc but I never got much joy. Eventually I had my coil removed, about a month ago, and he says it's fine now but we've only had sex once. We're practically living together now. A few times I have pleasured him in other ways but I miss sex! He works hard and is nearly always 'too tired' in the evenings so we often end up doing things in the morning before he goes to work. But then we don't have much time. He has said things in jest like I take too long to come and I honestly think he can't be bothered! But it was so different in the beginning. I joke about stuff but I'm scared to talk to him seriously about it because I don't want to make the issue worse and I don't want him to feel bad. I don't want to demasculinise him. I love him and when we do have sex it's great. I just think he's become too selfish and forgets that I have needs too. I'm very frustrated now! I know I need to talk to him but I don't know how to approach it.

Just tell him how you feel. What your problems is. Just don't accuse him, or berate him. This is about you and not him.
