I feel like I have a lump in the back of my throat; painful swallowing
Yesterday my daughter and I went to Little Caesars for lunch and we had pizza, bread sticks, and soda. Ever since, I have had the feeling of a lump in my throat, a feeling of things coming up and when I do swallow (not when eating) it feels like I am swallowing a bouncy ball. Am I just experiencing some reflux for which I should get something over the counter or should I go to the doctor and have my symptoms evaluated?
