Conceiving problem
Hello doctor
We are trying for a baby for the last three months, but we failed. I have a problem in ejaculation I used to ejaculate within one minute, but by that time my wife may not reached the orgasm. So for her after ejaculation also I continue stroking till her orgasm. When I take out I can see that semen flowing out from her, now I doubt that because I continue stroking after ejaculation the semen doesn't go inside and may be it comes out with the stroke.
