    Toilet pipe noise
My toilets are acting up... approximately every 5 minutes the pipes and/or toilet make a noise like the toilet has been flushed without it really happening. I've seen toilets do this before - like they are clearing air or pressure. Recently I was at home for a week and discovered that it is happening pretty much every 5-10 minutes - and not just one toilet but both toilets in the house. We have not had any work done recently and I can't imagine that it's the tank or flapper since it is affecting both toilets. The house is about 8 years old and we are the original owners. I'm not sure where to start... any suggestions ?

Do both toilets make the noise at the same time? Have you opened the lids and checked the tank levels? Let me know, Tom
