    John Deere L110 tractor would not start
    I have a John Deerw L110 tractor. It does start. It makes a wistling/huming noise when I start it. I replaced the solenoid, but the problem did not get fixed. What do you thing the cause of the problem is? Battery is good. Need help.

    Hi,
    Sounds strange. A sound as in an air leak? Two very different sound descriptions there.

    I was able to get the tractor to work. This is how: I puller the starter out, and jumped it. It worked. I put back inplace and tightened the bolts. Triewd again and the tractor started. I believe the isuse was with a stalled starter. Tanks for everyone's help
