Started college first time. Within 4 day's, I noticed this one cute boy in my class who winked at me. I've spotted him stareing at me. I've noticed several other obvious signs. I just need to know if there is a chance he like's me or not.

1. He sat next to me.
2. He was teasing me, like friendly teasing when I said I felt hurt he said he was sorry
3. Wants to high five me all the time
4. He seem's to be everywere I am ! Even randomly, appears from places
5. Today at home time he was stood waiting, apparently for a friend but he started walking along with me.
6. Asked me how many brothers I have and would they mind him talking to me.
7. He asked me if I was a virgin or if I've ever been fingered before, I told him I don't want to talk about it because I don't know him well enough to be talking about my sexual life.
8. He asked me if I've ever kissed anyone or if I have ever had a boyfriend
9. He walked with me until we had to change ways to go home but he kept saying he know's me for this many days and that he seems to know me from some were which I think is a lie because I have never spoken to him until we started college.
10. He said he will ask me more question's tomorrow and he wants answer's.

Note: I've heard several bad things about this guy from different girls.

But I don't want to have an opinion about someone who I don't know of well. I might want to give this guy a chance but keep it on a level with him since I've not heard good things about him.

From 1-5 I was leaning to wards a little obsessed.
6 sent up a red flag that he was fishing to see if he in danger of incurring any brotherly wrath.
At 7 I'm going with total perv, disrespectful, inappropriate, and doesn't know what the word boundary means.
At 10 I'd be getting away from him as quickly as I could.
He has no right to expect answers, avoid him, listen to the other girls this time.
You very well should have an opinion of him, these things are more than enough to form that opinion.
I would stay away from him and keep yourself with friends at all times, do not get caught alone with this guy.
Just out of curiosity, what did the other girls tell you?

Congratulations for telling him you don't answer any old personal question!
You'll do fine, I think, since you have a good sense of caution, without totally writing someone off just because he perseveres. But this guy's determination comes with too much creepy stuff, and it's possible that he just likes conquering somewhat recalcitrant girls (especially if they happen to be virgins).
I assume that he just started college too, first year? Maybe he heard stories about wild girls and is going wild himself. Put him in his place. Plan something to make him feel terrible for all those personal questions and for saying 'he wants answers.' Tell him that if he is a judge 20 years from now and you are on trial for murder, he can expect answers.

You are having a gut reaction to this experience and it isn't a good one, or you would not be here asking these questions!

He asked you some VERY INNAPROPIATE questions and you say you donf want to have an opinion of someone you don't know but at the same time you want to give this guy a chance! This person asked you If you had ever been fingered before for HEAVENS SAKE

I would run the other way and not look back!

#7 by itself is enough for me to say that this is a guy that you don't want to be around. I would never consider saying that to someone I had only known a few days, not even as a joke. In fact, I am not sure I could actually say that to anyone I had known for a long time.

He is a disrespectful pig at best. Avoid him.

PERV, cute, but still a perv. Listen to your friends. If he is this aggressive on the first day, imagine how aggressive he could be later. He doesn't deserve a chance to be real.
