    Out of shape, need help
    I gained 35 pounds in 2 years. I am out of shape. What do I need to do to get back into shape again?

    I am 5'7 and currently weigh 210 pounds

    The answer is simple. Exercise and a healthy diet.

    There is no quick fix. It took two years to put on the weight. Experts say it takes twice as long to lose the weight. But, do nothing and you'll continue to gain.

    Eat healthy, exercise, and be patient. The weight isn't going to fall off in bundles just because you suddenly decided you're sick of it.

    Keep doing nothing and it will only get worse.

    Slow and steady. Your job? Commit, and stick with it.

    I have lost 12 kgs in 50 days with cycling and a bit of dieting.
