I gave oral notice to landlord 30 days in advance. Air conditioner quit a few days later. Landlord at first would return my call (voicemail). Called again next day and he has blocked me. House is being sold as soon as I vacate and the Realtor who may be the new property manager, won't return my calls either. These parties very recently took over the management of this house and we had disagreements from the start. I think this is payback. I have lived here 2 years and have paid every month 2 days early. Thanks
