    Used Car Contract
    If you bought a used vehicle and you and the dealer signed the contract saying that everything was good to approved financing and everything can they take the vehicle back if something came up in your credit later that they missed. Vehicle was purchased in Florida.

    Sure they can... read the fine print... if you didn't disclose something, and it was discovered later.. its nullifies the contract. Because the financing is contingent on all information provided being accurate.
