Open phone book, look up electricians... call one, book appointment.

If you do anything yourself and a fire or injury results your insurance will use that as an excuse to not only reject the claim but cancel your coverage.

Is your panel surface mounted? (box sits on outside of the wall ) or is the cover flush with the surface?
Mount the GFCI on the wall of your house( easiest, away from the wall a LOT more hassle and work) no closer than 5 ft. from the spa location, but within sight of the spa.

And this will be a lot better if you haven't poured a slab yet for the spa, because burying the pipe from the GFCI to the spa is best

I'm planning on this being inspected so get a permit

I agree with Smoothy, hire an electrician.

If you need to ask how to wire the entire circuit, clearly you do not have the knowledge.

Wiing a hot tub is simple, when you know how.

Done incorrectly can be a problem.
