    Mounted Bathroom Accessories
On the chrome soap dish and toothbrust holder that attach to the wall by way of a clip that is attached. By first drilled into the wall, with plastic anchors and screws. Question is should they be mounted before ceramic tile installation or after the installation. Will I need a ceramic bit?

Of course you will have to apply them after the ceramics are done; otherwise how would you cut around everything ! You will need a ceramic bit because the ceramic will shatter unless you use the proper equipment.
