What rights have stepchildren with no other children involved
My mother died 4 years ago without making a will, she has two children over 21 and had remarried after our father died.our step father has now passed away without a will.
He had no children and his parents are deceased but has brothers and sisters,
What are we entitled to?

You are "entitled" to nothing from your stepfather's estate.
How the estate is distributed varies by State but it appears it will pass to his brothers and sisters.

Depending on the wording of the intestacy statute in your state, your step-father would have inherited some or all of your mother's estate. It is possible that you and your sibling would have inherited some portion of her estate as well.
Your step-father's estate, including some or all of what was your mother's estate, would also pass according to the intestacy statute, but I would expect it would probably go to his siblings.

If the OP is looking into his/her entitlement from the stepfather's estate I would expect he looked into his mother's estate and his entitlement there as well.
But perhaps he didn't.
Maybe he'll come back and let us know.

You are not entitled to anything from your step fathers estate. If he did not leave a will, it will go to this brothers and sisters.
I assume you got your share ( if any) from your mothers estate when she died.
