Neighbor throws away my kids toys
Is it a crime to have your next door neighbor throw away your personal property? Why she won't leave it on my property I have no idea! She has never spoke to me about it. She tells my kids what to do and not to run on her grass. She is the owner and tenant on apartment one in a four plex building. She has not rights to make such rules, the front lawn belongs to all tenants.

If she is the owner of the 4 plex, she can establish rules. But if your lease specifies that the grounds are common to all renters, then no she can't throw toys out. On the other hand, maybe you should teach your children to not leave their toys laying around.

This was an 80's kids movie. It may have even been TV only. Toys in this house are alive, but, no human can see them moving or they basically die/ turn into regular toys. I think we recorded it off TV as kids, now I want my kids to see it. Hope you can help! :)
