    Why does the power go out so much in Accra, Ghana and stay off for so long
    I would like to know why in Accra, Ghana the power go out so much and stay off sometimes for a most a week at a time ?

    Maybe because the infrastructure is so dilapidated.

    Probably over construction and the utility company not keeping up with the current power needs
