I got caught for 1 gram of marijuana and a pipe once before in a park received 3 months of probation including drug tests still on my record but is only under an arrest I was never convicted at 17 now I'm 18 still a sr at high school got caught had straight a's a car phone everything I bought 2 xanax at school witch class 6 felony more than 1 year but less than 5 in jail I want to kill myself and don't know what to do if I'm going to jail or not

First of course the first was a conviction, you don't do probation unless you are convicted. If they did a suspended sentence for first offender perhaps.

I doubt you go to jail, and even if you did, it is not worth "killing" yourself, please stop the drama, it is your mistake, you made the choice to do a crime, and now have to pay the price for it.
