How to winter a pine tree sprout
In one of my outdoor containers for gardening, a pine tree sprout has been ever so slowly growing. It has long needles, so I am guessing it is a white pine of some sort. I'd love to be able to keep it and eventually plant it. What do I do with it for the winter? It's only about two inches tall right now. Can I bring it inside, or should I leave it out? Thanks!

Definitely bring it inside. Will not have to be in a sunny location to winter, just a lot of light, not much water.
