    Amending birth certificate
    I adopted a child in Florida she was born in puerto rico, How do I get her birth certificate amended if I have the courts order to do so?

    Amended to what exactly?. she was born in Puerto Rico... and it will ALWAYS state that... it can't be legally changed.
