I have a 20 horse briggs an stratton rider... when I try to start it all it does is click at the solenoid... just got a new one still doing the same thing... what would I check next

Hi again... I ask a question about my 20 horse briggs an stratton murray rider... I made sure I have a fully charge battery on it an it is still clicking at the solenoid... u said start with the starter first... what try getting a new one or is there something I can do to that one?? the motor turns...
