    3rd violating probation in virginia consequences
    How much time could one get for his 3rd violation of probation for felony charges?

    Whatever it is, its not nearly enough after violating it three times..

    Did they commit NEW crimes when they violated?

    Hopefully he will serve many many years. He doesn't deserve to have his freedom as he is not responsible with it.

    Please let me know when and if he visits Tennessee so that I can keep my family safe and off the roads.

    My cousin was killed by a drunk driver, I have no sympathy for your son. He should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

    He's going to jail... EACH Dui can carry a minimum of a year in jail... the hit and run can carry its own jail time.

    He WILL be needing a lawyer on all three of those charges... and it WILL be expensive, and the fact he violated probation on three very serious offenses... expect him to be going away for years.

    Virginia in particular has gotten sick and tired of drunks killing people on our roads... and they are coming down hard on them.
