    I need to evict my exwife who is not on the lease..
    I rent a trailer , the lease only has my name on it , the sherriff dept. told me that sense I let her move back in for a short time I would have to evict her, I am the head of house hold...

    The sheriff is right. So give her 30 days notice to vacate and if she is still there after 30 days then file in court for an eviction order.
