    No trespassing notice
My husband has primary physical custody of his son, so he lives with us and goes to his bio moms every other weekend. It's agreed that his mom is to come pick him up for her visitation and that we would pick him up from her on Sunday evenings.
However, a few years ago, my stepson's mother sent me a written no trespassing notice stating that if I stepped foot on her property, she would have me arrested for trespassing.

Before people start judging, no, she an I have never had an altercation, I have never threatened her or been in any way abusive towards her or her son. The only reason she did it was to be spiteful because after 5 years, she has yet to accept the fact that her son has another mother figure in his life.

This wouldn't be a problem, except for in a few weeks my husband will be going out of the country for a week on a missions trip, and it just so happens to fall on her weekend. Ever since she lost custody in June, she has refused to switch any time, change anything, etc, but I will have to pick up my stepson on the Sunday my husband isn't home. I'm concerned that she will try to refuse to let my stepson come with me. Is there anything I can do in this situation?

This is in Virginia by the way. She lost custody because of a few things, including withholding visitation for two months at a time twice in a 1.5 yr period, and filing false charges of abuse/neglect against my husband and me, and is fighting to get regain custody; however, she does not have an attorney, and we do.

Ask your lawyer what your husband needs to do so you have temporary custody in his absence and also call your local police department and ask about handling the situation. They may at your request accompany you to her house for picking up the child.
