    Pregnant with spots on face
    I am 28 weeks pregnant and I have some small red spots on my face almost like freckles but red... I do not have freckles either can you please tell me what these could be

    Without a physical examination it's impossible to say what they are, BUT considering the changes your body is going through anything is possible.
