Any body here have tried speed dating? How was it?

In the process of getting over my ex this one is listed as what I can do to have a good time. Any tips?

Nope, can't say that I've ever tried speed dating. I like to take the time to get to know the person I'm interested in. Speed dating just seems silly.

There is a number of things you could do!


Go out with the girls/guys for a girls/guys night out.
Shopping.
Go out on a casual date.
Mani/pedi.
Go to a karaoke bar and sing your heart out just for fun.
Hit the gym.
Public swimming pool.
Go for a walk.
Museums.
Go to the zoo.
Sporting event.
Concert.

Get out there and have some fun and get your mind off that ex. :) Don't think of yourself as being "single" or "alone". Think of it as free and available!

Sorry,I don't have that experience. In my point, affection is not like that way.

It merely sits you down in front of often 10 to 20 men in a few hours, (or less men in less time) depending on the size of the "date" you get basic facts and get to talk for a short time.

Seldom is there anything but you never know, it is a good way to do somethng and try somethng new.
