    Handicapped and put deposit on lease
    I am handicapped and signed a lease before learning that I can not get into the tub. Can I get my deposit back. When I try and get in I get hurt.

    Probably not - you signed the lease, left the deposit and then tried out the tub?

    How long ago, how many days ago, did you put down the deposit?

    If the landlord took the apartment off the market and lost possible tenants he will expect to be compensated.
