    No sex drive.. ongoing pain in groin area
    Im 52 years old.. noticable decline in sexual arousal and erection. There's a slight pain in the area right above my penis.. can you give some advice to solve problem

    See a doctor... they can examine you and run tests... offer suggestions or medications.

    We can't do that online.

    Could be a UTI Urinary tract infection. Pain will come if you don't do something no, painfull unrination. Drink a lot of Cranberry juice every day, every 4 hours and if that doesn't help then you need antibiodics from a doc. Could also be a blockage, go to a gyno if you can

    Drop in testosterone common at your age, hernia, swollen prostate pressing on bladder, actual bladder problem, etc etc, only tests and examination will tell you for sure.
