I have dark blonde dyed hair how do I get it really blonde
I wanted to go blonde so I bleached my hair, it was yellow so I just dyed my hair dark blonde. I didn't use a toner, my hair is now a light brown and my tips are a little blonde. I want to go lighter how do I go about doing that?
