Charged $2000.00 on work credit card in MA
I was issued a work credit card (with my name on it) for work expenses. I purchased personal items with the card. Ammont probably comes to $2000.00. I knew I was caught and never went back to my employer. They gel my last paycheck for $675.00. A detective called my mothers house. What do I do? Will I go to jail. I have no criminal theft record, just driving offenses.

So you are hiding? Not a good idea. The sooner you come forward, the better. These days, you often get the option to pay restitution but with hefty legal fees added on, hundreds, in civil court. But the employer has the right to take it right to court, and if you evade that, as it sounds like you already have by not facing the music and by a detective being involved, criminal charges sound likely.
Take civil court over criminal court! Call the detective back, say you want to make amends.

The longer you hide the worst it is. Get the money and pay them back, turn yourself in.

Jail, maybe, most likely just probation

Most people post on this site not to call the detective. That's what I want to do. I'm afraid I'll be arrested on the spot. So, in your opinion it's best to just admit what I did?

Also, I went into rehab on Tuesday. The detective called my mother on Wednesday. I just got out Yesterday and that's when I found out. I would have called the detective but it's a holiday weekend and in afraid ill be put in jail until Tuesday. I obviously have no money for bail. I'm Scared. I want to do the right thing by my former employers. I really do. Do you think there's a warrant for my arrest?
