After getting waiver for j1 can I apply for j1 again
Hello,
I am on a J1 visa(for 4 years now). I got my waiver for it 2 couple of weeks before. My contract with university (on J1) expiring at the end of sept 2012. They won't do my H1, so can I apply for J1 again? How? In that case do I need to apply for waiver again? Have been in US for almost 12 years now. I am research faculty at the University in Colorado. |

Hello, I am on a J1 visa. I got my waiver for the 2 year rule couple months ago. But after getting the waiver, my university extended my J1 status. My question is: is the waiver still good or do I need to apply for a waiver again? We are about the start the H1 process.
