Possibility of leaving country on probation.
Okay, so I was put on probation in mid June this year for 2 years, 6 months, or until I've fulfilled all requirements of my probation. I am currently 17 and before I was arrested I was in a foreign exchange program. Would I still be able to obtain a student Visa and leave or am I royally screwed? P.s. I am in the state of Oregon if that matters at all.
