Ok so My boyfriend and I are trying to conceive.

Jan. 14, 2007 was my last regular, normal period. My normal periods are heavy, heavy dark red and they last 4 days exactly.

Feb. 10, 2007 I had brown spotting with light red/pink blood. It lasted 3 days. I took 3 test all came back negative. The reason I tested was because I thought it could have been implantation bleeding.

Mar. 6, 2007 No period! Took a test that afternoon and negative.

Was it too early to test? I need advice, please. This would be my first child.

Ive been having symptoms of pregnancy.
1. bloating
2. frequent urination
3. weight gain
4. Missed period

You need to wait until you miss your period by at least 1 week, then test using the first urine you pass when you wake up in the morning. If that is negative and you still don't get your period, wait until you are at least 10 days late and ask the doctor to take a blood test. Good luck.

Hi,
With my first child, I took 2 tests and both said negative. I waited but still no period so I wondered whether the first two tests were faulty so bought some more, the branded ones instead of cheap ones... and they showed positive! Try taking a different brand os test...

Also, have you thought about getting your thyroid checked? Under active thyroids can give you irregular periods and make you gain weight. (my sister gained a lot of weight and it was due to an under active thyroid)

I'm no doctor but have had experience in the family with thyroid problems.

Hi! I suggest that you wait for a few more weeks and try to test again. It could be hormonal imbalance, esp if your period is not always regular. I suggest also that you visit your gyne practitioner so to examine your case, or for a blood test to confirm if you're really pregnant or not. Sore boobs is indeed an indicator that you're pg. good luck!
